Extract Pages copies selected pages into either one combined PDF or separate one-page PDFs in a ZIP file.

Select pages visually or enter page numbers and ranges. Exported pages are ordered by their original page numbers.

Before you start

  • At least one page must be selected before processing.
  • The tool copies pages; it does not extract editable text or images as separate assets.
  • Encrypted, damaged, or very large files may not process.

How it works

  1. Choose the PDF you want to extract from.
  2. Select the pages to include in the new file.
  3. Export and download the extracted PDF.

Common questions

Is extracting pages different from removing pages?

Yes. Extracting creates a new PDF from selected pages, while removing pages exports the remaining document.

Do selected pages upload to VaultPDF?

No. Page extraction is designed to run locally in your browser.
